As soon as you enter the condo, you will notice the beautiful hardwood floor that flows throughout the entire condo, bringing a bright and fresh look. A gorgeous dining room table for 6 is provided, perfect for friendly board games and mealtime. The contemporary kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials you will need for your vacation. Stainless steel appliances, a beautiful white backsplash, and updated countertops complete the stylish kitchen. The living room is spacious and provides a peaceful retreat after a busy day. Guests can relax on the sofa and recliner, enjoy the seasonal gas fireplace and catch their favorite show or watch a game on the large television. The master bedroom offers a grand king bed, a large television, a luggage rack, and a spacious chest of drawers. There is an ensuite that offers a bedside jacuzzi tub, shower/tub combo, and a vanity with an upgraded countertop. The guest bedroom also offers a king bed, television, and chest of drawers. The guest bathroom is steps from the bedroom and offers a shower/tub combo, and a vanity with an upgraded countertop. Additional amenities include resort wifi, a washer and dryer, and a beautiful balcony that offers beautiful views of The Great Smoky Mountains.
Each unit comes with a starter supply for guests to use. The starter supply consists of toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom), coffee (1 pack + 1 filter), dishwasher detergent (1 pack), dish liquid (1 bottle), trash liners (1 per can). After you use the provided start supply, it is up to each guest to provide anything additional they may need for their stay.

Before You Arrive
Check – in time begins at 4:00pm (EST) on your scheduled check-in date, but is not guaranteed until the unit is cleaned and inspected. Late check-ins can be arranged by notifying our office before 4:00pm (EST).
Our units are cleaned and inventoried before and after each stay. Please do not remove anything from condos or move kitchen or furniture items to another condo and/or outside the unit. Guests are financially responsible for missing items, the need for excessive cleaning (due to but not limited to: stains, burns, soiled bedspreads, trashed units, etc.) or any damage due to negligence or any action on the guest’s part. Excessive cleaning fees begin at $50 per unit and increase depending on the size of the unit and conditions.
Before You Depart
Check out time is by 11:00am (EST) on your scheduled departure date. Please complete your checkout at the office, bringing all keys with you. If checking out before office hours, place key(s) in the drop slot in the front office door. There is a charge of $25.00 for lost or unreturned keys.
Please set the thermostat to 72 degrees during the summer and 68 degrees during the winter. The dumpsters are located between building 2 and 3, near the Indoor Pool Facility.
Please load and start the dishwasher – It is not necessary to wait until the wash/dry cycles are completed, as housekeeping will unload and put the items away.
