Pigeon Forge Gatlinburg Live Music
Where words fail, music speaks! Oh, I am sure you all are familiar with that saying, but it is so very true. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have some of the best traveling bands around and they showcase their talent and love for music right here in the Smoky Mountains. There are many different live music venues to catch some Pigeon Forge Gatlinburg Live Music. Some of them are more relaxed and laid back while others are more of a “move and groove” place. Regardless of the vibe you like to enjoy, you will surely find a place to listen to some tunes. Read on for some of the best venues!
If you are looking for a place to kick back and straight up relax while enjoying some amazing music then you will love the Ole Smoky Moonshine Distillery. Yes, that is right…a moonshine distillery. Not only can you taste and experience the culture of moonshine, you can rock your worries away while listening to the many different bands that grace the stage. Ole Smoky Moonshine Distillery has a location in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The Gatlinburg location is located on the Parkway and the Pigeon Forge location is at The Island. Both places have a laid back atmosphere and…drum roll please…rocking chairs! In my humble opinion, a rocking chair makes everything better. Do you not agree?
Also located in Gatlinburg is Sugarlands Distilling Company. Yes, you can taste moonshine here as well and they also have free and live music performances. I have seen some great acts here so be sure to stop by for a listen!
Got food on the mind? Got food and music on the mind? Crystelle Creek, Three Jimmy’s and the Smoky Mountain Brewery are the places to be then. Not only do they serve up some amazing food, they also offer live music. There is truly something about enjoying great music while enjoying great food. The Smoky Mountain Brewery has locations in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and we recommend the burgers and pretzels and cheese. It is about lunch time as I write this, I think I will call in an order for one of those burgers-they are truly my fave in town. Crystelle Creek and Three Jimmy’s are located in Gatlinburg. Crystelle Creek has a beautiful ambiance to it. It probably has a lot to do with the flowing creeks, raining roof water and the raining light tree. Mmmhmm, yep-raining light tree and roof water. Very cool experience folks! Oh, and the food is good too! 😉 Margaritaville, in Pigeon Forge, is another great place to chow down and hear some great music.
Music really does have a way of speaking to us. I often find myself sitting in one of those rocking chairs at The Island, outside Ole Smoky. The experience, for me, is kind of cleansing. Maybe it is because it gives you time to reflect on your day, your life, your choices, your friends and family or maybe it is just the unique atmosphere and terrific music. I am going to toss it up to a combination of both. Either way, the next time you are staying in one of our Pigeon Forge condos, hop on over to one of the above mentioned venues and enjoy some Smoky Mountain tunes!
